At Energy Hugs, we believe that to truly heal, healing must happen on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  Working with the body’s subtle energy systems is the missing piece here in the west.    Used in conjunction with traditional medicine, the whole person can be treated.  

Although those that do what I do are often called “energy healers”, it’s important to know that I do not “heal” you, I balance your energies and thus re-activate your body’s natural ability to heal itself.  I also teach you techniques for you to use on yourself and your family to keep yourselves healthy and balanced.

About Kendra

I am an energy intuitive & healer, spiritual medium, psychic development mentor and empath coach. I’m also an Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner (EEM-CLP), Reiki Master/Teacher, Minister, Angelic Healing Practitioner and a Vajra Transmission Master.

But mostly I’m just a woman who decided there had to be something better, something more. After living with many chronic conditions and relying on prescriptions and over the counter medicines, I realized I was controlling symptoms but I wasn’t HEALING. So I began to look at “alternative” methods (I use quotes because now they are my primary methods).

I began seeing a chiropractor, studying herbs and eventually tried essential oils instead of medications. Much to my surprise, they worked! A short time later, I discovered energy medicine and I have to be honest - I was dumbfounded that it worked, but the results were simply undeniable. Being a bit of a science nerd, I researched it - a lot. Instead of finding just the “woo-woo” I expected, I found science. The science got me hooked, but I have to admit I really enjoy the woo-woo part now too. :-)

I didn’t change all my ways overnight or have a near-death experience that suddenly opened my third eye (I had to do that the long way!). My journey was an evolution - a discovery of self and connection to God/Source/Universe. It continues to be a journey of self healing - physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Though my journey, I discovered my abilities to feel, sense and see subtle energies. I took extensive training to add skills, knowledge and practice to these abilities - all to ensure you get the very best I can possibly offer.

So here I am… inviting you to begin your healing journey. A journey on which I would be honored to be your traveling companion.
